ARTIST rejects Sh. 8m offer to join PRESIDENTIAL campaign team

An award winning artist over the weekend rejected a big offer with a presidential aspirant. The artist has been a hot cake to Presidential aspirants as this was the second offer from the political class.

Apparently an aspirant had offered him Sh. 5 million to join his campaign team but he rejected the offer weeks ago. Another aspirant upped his offer to Sh. 8 million over the weekend but the artist rejected the money and told the aspirant that offering the money for him to draw in the youth is a big joke.

According to the artist, he makes over one million shillings in a fortnight and is not interested in swaying the youth to the corrupt minds of politicians who are selfish and only think of themselves rather than the future of the country.

He also said that the aspirants are now using the artists since they are more popular to the youth, but he advised artists to not be involved in making uninformed choices and luring people to bad politics.
